The DC-004 Single Phase DC Bus Reactor Choke is a high-reliability electrical component specifically engineered for VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) inverters, featuring an adjustable rated current range of 20-60A. As a core part of the VFD DC bus circuit, it is designed to optimize power quality, protect inverter components, and ensure stable operation of the entire drive system, widely applicable in industrial automation and motor drive scenarios.
Construction & Design
  • Dry-type iron core structure using high-quality low-loss cold-rolled silicon steel sheets
  • Core column divided into uniform segments with air gaps separated by epoxy laminated glass cloth plates
  • Special adhesives prevent air gap displacement and avoid magnetic saturation during operation
  • Coil tightly wound with F-class high-temperature enameled copper wire
  • Excellent insulation performance and good heat dissipation
  • Temperature rise limit of ≤95K, suitable for long-term continuous operation
